Shipping Policy
At Modest Boutique, we’re committed to ensuring your order is delivered safely and on time.
Order Processing
All orders are charged at checkout and are subject to payment verification before shipping. To help prevent fraud, orders with incorrect billing details or those requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.
We typically process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons, holidays, or in the case of high-demand items, processing may take up to 10 business days.
Once your order has entered the shipping stage, no changes can be made — including address updates. We ship only to the address provided at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship on business days only (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping times and costs vary based on your location. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to assist.
Tracking Information
All orders include a tracking number. You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Modest Boutique, each piece is thoughtfully selected and sold in limited quantities. For this reason, all sales are final — we do not offer returns or exchanges due to sizing, personal preferences, or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at modestbtq@outlook.com with clear photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
